  3. Add corned beef, mix and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix occasionally and lower heat to medium and close lid.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve with white rice.
