Ox & Palm Corned Beef Taco

Description

A traditional Mexican favorite, tacos are essentially fried tortillas with a variety of fillings. Compact in size and easy to prepare, tacos are a great snack any time of the day.

  1. Cook corned beef evenly.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  3. Sauté corned beef in the sauce.
  4. Fry the tortillas on both sides and fold in half to form taco shells.
  5. Fill the taco shells with the cooked corned beef and serve.
