Ox & Palm Corned Beef Fried Rice

  1. Heat cooking oil on a wok.
  2. Add beaten egg and cook both sides until egg is completely cooked.
  3. Remove the egg and set aside.
  4. Brown the minced garlic on the wok, add corned beef and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the rice into the wok and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Add the egg and divide into small pieces using a spatula.
  7. Add salt and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes, transfer to a plate and serve.
