Ox & Palm Corned Beef Pita Pocket

Description

As the name suggests, corned beef pita pockets are small, pocket-sized corned beef snacks that are incredibly easy to prepare and bring along wherever you go.

  1. Boil water and cook frozen corn and edamame.
  2. Sauté corned beef on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cut pita bread in half to form a pocket.
  4. Stuff in salad mix, cooked corned beef, edamame and corn and serve with roasted sesame dressing.
